OMB, how are you today? Can you sleep or is the pain that bad?
How's your anxiety level?

Hi Abu and FF,

I’m still much the same to be honest. My anxiety is high, my pain level is fairly high. I’m sleeping ok though.
I tried some diltiazem yesterday and had to wipe it virtually straight off... it stung like crazy. I’ve put it in the bin. Ugh. I’ll go back to the rectogesic.

Things are not going my way

Things have been slightly better. I’m managing to do more.
My mood is managing to lift, which actually makes a huge difference to my pain levels.

We all know that it can be 2 steps forward 3 steps back... but I feel I’m making up some lost ground from the CRS examination.

6 days until the holiday... eek.

It's the other way around Omb, 3 steps forward and 2 steps back :). You'll be ok.
