Hey Omb, how are you? How was the family gathering, did you enjoy it like I hope you did?

Hi Abu,

The holiday was great. My pain level was manageable... and to be honest the distraction was the best pain killer ever. I’m so glad I went ahead with it.

Thank you for all your support and positive thoughts xxxx

I am very happy for you Omb.
Maybe we need to experience such pleasant moments more often than not so we can look at the bright side :)

Unfortunately I have had a bump in the road... back to stinging fissure pain. I’m hoping I can get back on track soon. It’s so disappointing. I’ve had this set back for 4 months already.

I did some gardening up the allotment last week, and overdid the crouching, stretching etc.... when I got home I felt really sore. I’ve not been great since.
