Lars,
Good luck with the cream. Is it painful/uncomfortable for you to sit?? By the way, I am just starting my 4th month on Diliatzem.
Best wishes

Good luck Lars : ) ! In the best scenario you would not need the LIS at all ; ) , and I hope it will be that way ! I decided to have the LIS for the same reason - I did not want recurrence - but it still happened. It is just that they did not cut enough in my case but I am exception. Keep up good work and best of luck !

Use the cream religiously, and try to use it at least three times a day. If you can apply it in the morning about an hour before a BM, it should help loosen things up, more and more after about two weeks.
You'll know it is loosen things up the day you notice your farts are looser, easier to pass. You won't have "fart incontinence" or anything, you'll just see a big difference and that will be a sign it's working...
Good luck, Lars...
