Hello everyone!
I know I have been MIA for awhile. I wanted to let you know that I am healed from my AF. The third shot of Botox sealed the deal. I am feeling fine, maintaning my weight and soon I will be at a gastro doctor for my IBS. I have been sticking to my routine and take my supplements everyday. I eat good food and junk food. I am no longer afraid I will be constipated. I Just have to be very careful and not over eat or eat too many bad foods consistantly.
How is everyone here? I have been reading the posts off and on. I just wanted to check in. If it wasn't for this forum and all you great people here I would have not got thru this!
I have been a little busy lately, My 25th class reunion I have been planing is this weekend and .................my best friend her brother was picked for Extreme Home Makeover this week and will be building a house for them right here in my home town from the 18 thru the 24th.

congrats on AF healed! keep it going as the true test is 1 year of complete no issues. that will be the milestone and pretty much a very good indicator of your progress.
i've missed your baby kitty!

Hello again!
I am so glad to talk to everyone again. It is so funny I went to the construction site tonight and the first thing I did was check for a bathroom. LOL. I brought my bag with my wipes water and Advil just in case. I am always prepared even when I have no pain now. Thanks to you I have become mindful of everything I do and how it may affect my AF or prevent an AF. I will check back in later. Please chek out this web site about the Extreme Home Makover. I grew up with this guy he is like a brother to me. His sister Colleen is my best friend.
