Thank you all for the birthday wishes. Sorry I missed it on that day. I just checked it and feel so good being blessed with so many friends on this forum. You are the best. I could not have done it without you people. I will keep reading the post and if I can add anything I will. Heading out for my nightly exercise walk which is part of the healing process. i know wat u mean when u say u r scared to say u r pain free.even when ive felt that,the next day has been jinxed.
i think its all in our heads and i will take a long time to recover mentally fraom all this.
hope u get pain free soon and wont need LIS

Pinky, welcome aboard. You will find a lot of info and support here from these nice people. Glad to hear that you are a doctor, I'm sure you can help out with medical info. I'm a EMT-I on an ambulance service so have had some medical training. No I did not have LIS, but that was next in line. I did it with nitro and changing my diet, more fiber, fruit, veggies and flax oil and ground flax seeds among other things. I went 6 months with pain and was ready to go LIS when things started to get better. As I look back I should have went and had the LIS done so don't put it off please.
