You are such a sweet girl Pinky! So happy you feel a bit better in the "mood department". We all have to remember that there will be ups and downs....and finally things will become normal again Image
Take care sweetie Image

pinky, try a square of gauze. i keep a 3inX3in piece of gauze up against my wound (along w/ A&D ointment) all day since i had my surgery. i don't have leakage, but it might help with that problem..and i imagine it would be more comfortable than a cotton ball!

it's a Vitamin A&D ointment, the bottle says it's an "emolient". my dr gave me a bottle, but i also saw it at the drug store so it's over the counter. i think lecia and some other people use it too. it just helps with healing.
i'm doing ok. the outside wound is healing up (but leaving a stupid swollen skin tag!!!! ahhhh!!!). my dr says it'll either go away on its own or he can "snip it off". i don't know about the fissure inside. i still feel it when i go to the bathroom, and i'm not sitting down at all so i don't know if it's helped with the pain i had from that or not. i just lay on my stomach all day and try to walk around as much as i can. the dr will look inside at my next appt in 2 weeks. i'm discouraged but trying hard to stay positive. it's been so long now i can't expect to bounce back perfectly in just 3 weeks. long, detailed response i know, but thanks for asking :)

Namaste Pinky xoxo,
I try to read about all cultures and all religions and all philosophies for years now . I think that only that way we all can understand each other and love each other unconditionally and love is the only creative and true force that can change everything in this universe. We are all part of "one". Our world is a microcosm in one BIG multitude of microcosms and we need to look at the big picture to see how all is connected and interconnected, and how every individual is important and can make a big ripple effect in any given moment.
If one sees the life and creative force through one facet only - one can never see the wholeness of it all - at least that is what my view is. I respect all cultures and all religions and they all promote love and peace in right hands, but unfortunately, in the hands of ignorant, stupid, uneducated and brainwashed it becomes a source of hatred and destruction - complete opposite of what it is :( .
May Ganesh take all obstacles from your healing path and may you get completely and forever healed soon !!!
All the best,
Fissy :arwen:
