Thanks kim.I will just take zinc,calcium,bcomplex and mg.i do spread out the vitc throughout the day.what about fibre?do we need to spread it out throughout the day?seems like a dumb question.hope you wont mind answering.

cheryl-it is very inconvinient to have mutiple BMs as i keep worrying when i go out.you look very pretty in the pic.

Image thats one of my worst fears when I go out, Pinky!!I think its all the softeners, I never had that problem pre-fissure, did you?

val,im finding it hard to remember how many times in a day i would poop earlier to fissure.i would poop as soon as i woke up in the morning and maybe once during the day somedays.i think its the movicol.i just pooped.it was soft but there was blood.

Pinky, ask all you want, dearie! Image Yes, I would spread the fiber out through the day as much as possible. I get fiber with my three main meals but not quite so much for my in-between ones.

Val - Your surgeru is comming up so fast! I am so happy you are going to get this fixed.
I know you can be afraid of needles, but don't worry - all will be well and we will be here for you during the recovery!
