Yes- it should be gluten free - it is made from the plant that is considered a weed actually (I mean regular "weed" , not the weed-weed which would definitely have some extra benefits for AF lol - as if I
would know anything about the "weed" or any other thing like that - but I have good imagination Image )
Anyway, if it has gluten - it would be from some fillers or something , but I do not think they use it Image
And yes - if you find those chocolates - feel free to send some to Fissy :arwen: Image
Yams - VERY healthy !!!

Lecia,
I still walk every day and try to lift weights a few times a week. I don't have osteoporosis yet. I went and talked to my gyno about my bone density test. He told me I looked great. In August he thought I was a little thin. I cannot believe I put 9 pounds back on because I don't weigh myself, but I could tell some of my clothes were getting tighter!! (slacks) I don't think I want to gain any more weight.

"Are you an angel?"

What?

An angel. I've heard the deep space pilots talk about them. They live on the moons of Iego, I think. They're the most beautiful creatures in the universe.

Well, that's the thing. You never know, so you never give up. Kind of like that hamster on the wheel thing! :)
