I am happy that physically you are doing better and can rejoice that your butt is only mildly uncomfortable. Sometimes when we are used to being in a constant state of discomfort/anxiety it is hard to break even when the stressor starts to subside. I keep a happiness journal and I try to write down the good things that happen so when I start to feel discouraged I can look and see that there were some good things that I could be encouraged by. If you find that you do that and it doesnt help I wonder if you are clinically depressed and might benefit from anti-depressants. I know, as a doctor, you probably don't like laymen giving you advice on this kind of stuff but you have been through a lot. You could have post-partum depression that was masked by all the butt pain and trauma.
I hope your toncillitis goes away quickly. You must be so run down. Can you hire a babysitter that can come in and watch your son while you lie down during the day? Maybe a college student?
Take care!

I feel worse today.throat hurts, cold and mild fever.Hubby has it too and had to call in sick. He's taking care of my son while i rest for a while.
This evening there was blood from my bum.dont know why it started bleeding.feels a bit sore.
Tabby-Im planning to leave on dec 10th if im healed by then.Have to book the tickets and they are very expensive then.hope you are better today

Lecia-I dont know if im depression.it is a possibility after everything ive gone through.i'll wait till i get to india if i improve.if i still feel the same,i'll surely seek help.if i feel worse before that,im thinking of requesting a friend of mine to assess me who's a psychiatrist as i have no faith in my gps here.if she feels im depressed, ill see a psychiatrist.Ive learnt so much from you guys which i was unaware as a doctor.im very glad to have such good friends.thanks for the advice.
How do you feel now?
I have to eat and take my tablets. Image

Tabby-the blood and soreness was a lot more than yesterday.it hurt a bit during and after BM.its nothing like prelis,so i shouldt complain.but it will be nice not to have any pain at all for a change.hubby had a look and said is healing well outside and some granulation tissue caused bleeding.im not worried about the bleeding as it can happen while healing but its the soreness.its still sore now and hurts to sit.now my biggest fear is if its healing inside as well.i hate PMS.

I do hope i can go home soon.how are you tabby? Image

Pinky Image
I think that we all hope to be well, and every setback is so sad and makes us blue....it's like we don't dare to hope things will get better anymore.
The chance for you to be healed must be high Pinky since you've had LIS...don't give up :lovetree:

Image Tabby,Jo,Corsi and val.morning BM was a bit sore.sore feeling till evening.night BM was a bit painful and i panicked as it hasnt been so painful for many weeks.it hurt for 5 mins and i thought its all back again but it subsided.poop was soft and i dont understand.im thinking its due to PMS and that things will be fine later.i ignored it this morning and was positive as i was very excited to go home but after the sharp pain im scared now.its not painful now.
ive never tried anything for pms till now but will try now.

i'm glad the pain seems to have subsided pinky. keep your hopes up, setbacks are inevitable as we all know. keep your BMs soft and take whatever you need for the period problems. i've found ibuprofen helps significantly with cramping if you have that problem.
