I'm no expert, Pinky, but I wouldn't change my eating habits while traveling. For many people, (including myself) traveling=constipation.

I agree, Kim. Important to stick with routines. That is the main reason I am afraid to do any traveling at this point in time.

Yes, it is bitter sweet farewell - I know I cried last time I went home 2 years ago kissing my hubby good bye at the airport - people probably thought I wouldn't see him for a year or something and not in 4 weeks Image . Than you come there and have wonderful time and have hard time leaving all of THAT and cry again on the airport. Than you come home and feel so happy to be back after all just to start missing all that is "there" and it is ongoing struggle. Blessed are those that do not have to leave homeland ever
