Sorry Lars. Did they test you for Chrohns of the rectum? They say this is one of the main causes of it. I had this along time ago. The doctors told me that one of the main causes of this is Chrohns or allergy to gluten. I got rid of gluten in my food and took hydrocortizone which i am on right now which is the foam you inject and it went away. I am using the foam for external inflamation down there to heal up wounds from my second surgery. Food for thought. Wish you well.

My CRS said I didn`t have a chronic proctitis. It is "only" a very mild case. It can be controlled by diet and maybe suppository. I have a bad flow of bacteria down there so I need to think about what I am eating/drinking. When I think about it I only drink juice. Maybe a glass or 2 with water a day but mostly juice. Maybe this has gotten the bacteria flow doodled up down there...
Corsi its Prokitt(endetarmsbetennelse).

Does that mean Chrons or ulcerшs colitt? Isn't OK to know what it is? It can be treated with medicines...I know several people with that disease, and they live normal lives when they use medicines...
Bernard, are you still on gluten free food? Do you have celiac disease? (I do). Being allergic to gluten is something else than being intolerant to gluten (=a diesase).

Isn't that good news? Can that have caused your slow healing?

Good just a mild case. You should be able to nip this one quick like you said with a diet change and the med and more water.
celiac disease - i tested negative in the hospital for this disease but i still have to change my diet to avoid gluten due to IBS. You cant entirely avoid it but i to limit my intake. For one its expensive to buy gluten free products and two just about everything has it. What i usually do is eat a gluten free lunch and then maybe a dinner that contains gluten to some degree.
Good luck Lars.
