- I am sure you will be back "to almost normal" very fast and to "completely" normal very soon too !!! You just need time and patience and you are doing great over-all already , dear Juney
- and you are in complete control of managing your stubborn butt and that is the MOST important step, in my opinion
!!! All of the rest will just fall in place
.
!!! You can do it- you already did it for months and months - you are much stronger than you think dear buddy!!!! Look how far you have come already
in every aspect of your life and took control on so many levels ( you got rid of your uterine bleeding, you finished school, you stopped binging -many people can not do it without help !!!, you reduced butt pain to minimal level AND after such BIG mishap you are already not bleeding (KTW) - you mastered a "butt taming techniques" to the max !!!!).Just keep up great work girl ; ))) !!!!
Corsica
. Do not worry about things that might or might not have happened
BUT, I think it will happen much sooner!!! Your main concern now is to make your poop soft, dear buddy. Try to drink a ton of liquids, and use whatever softener you found so far helpful in the past !!! If it is MOM - use MOM and in full dose. Add fish oil, eat lots of oranges , oatmeal with apricots and some added coconut oil in it (make it liquidy - not as firm meal), and so forth. You will now need unfortunately to be on strict fissure diet until it goes away and don't forget nice baths. Once your GI stabilizes again after "binge" shock , all will be back to normal and all will be fine again
I know it is boring now to go back to "blah" food , but it will be only for a while and sooner you start with it, sooner you will heal : )!

you guys are so great, you give me hope when i'm so down. i'm still very scared i've ruined things, the past few days have been really bad - blood, glass-passing pain, dreading BMs. i'm doing everything i can to keep them soft (water, tea, softeners, healthy food, benefiber, lubing up w/ vaseline) but everyday they're as hard as a rock. i think i'll take a magnesium pill today. i'm also back to 2 baths a day, that's all i can fit in working fulltime now. i HATE this, just when i thought things were evening out and it was just a skin irritation/inflammation, i'm back to the basics again. i don't mind the bland diet, it's just the day to day pain that's hard to handle.
