no, I don't know what happened. Maybe I was a little tighter this morning for my BM.
I dilated later, and it kinda helped a bit. Didn't make it worse anyways. I was very slow and careful.

My colt set sound like your vaginal ones - they are very smooth and flexible and easy to keep clean. I tried the middle one and had to back off and use the smaller one some more. But I know I've made progress- things are looser down there :)

Well I had to be more careful but I did manage the 0.8" again today, and none the worse for wear. Image
I used a different lubricant. 'Sliquid Organic' is a water based lubricant with no propylene, paraben or glycerine.
Has a lot of aloe in it.
I found it a wee bit more difficult for insertion, although that could be cause I'm more sore today. But it was nice to not feel all greasy afterwards and I do like aloe vera.
Easier to clean afterwards.
ANyways, would recommend it.
hope you are all doing well!
baba,
phthalates are an additive to plastics to make them softer and fake fragrances. They have been linked to endocrine damage, because they imitate estrogen. It's in some cosmetics too.
not sure what they use to make the plastic softer instead of phthalates though...
I don't know about you, but I have too much estrogen in my body as it is! Image

I am really happy with the Dilatan (Dilitan?) ones that I got online, though I have still to get some decent 'lube'. I have been up and down with using them though. I am going to seriously get on the net tomorrow and order a couple of tubes of something with only good things in it.
By the way, does anyone have it that when they eat warm food (soup or such like), the spasms decrease?

the smallest dilatan I got is fine, the bigger one has small piece of plastic sticking up the top. It is not a hole like I mentioned before, but can still cause pain. Compared to vaginal dilators, dilaton might be easier to insert because of the tapered edge. Vaginal dilator are same size from top to bottom.
wow Tania .8 inch is great and that too with a vaginal dilator! I did order sliquid from amazon, thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the info, Tanya. I sure don't like the idea of all these plasticky things coming in contact with mucus membranes, but at least I don't have to worry about too much estrogen anymore - past my prime Image

Hey tp,
Yes I like this sliquid stuff and will stick with it. I used some aloe vera straight from my plant a few hours later though and you could tell the difference. Something about the real fresh from the plant stuff. It really takes the pain away. It is awkward and sore trying to rub a slippery peice of plant on my butt. So I feel a bit more sore for 20 min or so, and then the pain just disappeared. So I had a great afternoon. Even sat on a hard cold log at the beach (in my winter coat still) for a while!
Those vaginal dilators do taper a wee bit. I still start with the smallest.
It's funny how the small one doesn't feel particularly weird, but when I do the next size up, I get this feeling like I need to BM. Not particularly pleasant. Maybe they take some getting used to?
Baba, I envy you. :)
