Hello, fellow sufferers!

Postby Deleted User 1755 » 14 Aug 2012, 22:14

I have dealt with fissures for a long time since the birth of my son who has a very large cranium. Thank goodness he came six weeks early, but it still required forceps and quite a bit of trauma. Typically my fissures are small and usually quick to heal, but I have suffered constantly since this March and am having a LIS procedure next week. I hope this is the end of the suffering because I am teetering on the edge of insanity right now. I really need to get healed up since we are in the midst of a foreign adoption and traveling to the other side of the planet and adjusting after that is not something that pairs well with the several sitz baths daily, creams, pacing and cussing I've been doing these days!
Thanks to all of you for posting your experiences here. It has helped me so much.
