Havn't used dilt in 3 days now and oddly enough it's helping a ton. The one injection point had looked ick for awhile. It kinda ran into the fissure like it was a long tear.
Now it looks to be pretty much gone. I can't really see nor feel it. The fissure looks tiny tiny. Perhaps a half of a grain of rice.

Kinda annoyed as it's a minor flare. BF got frisky haha. I'm going to have to shut him down next time. Doesn't cause any pain but it does look a smidge irritated.

Iced the day of the flair and by the eve all was calm. We went out for dinner and I forgot to take miralax later so I didn't get around to it until yesterday morning.. was pretty nervous for a painful bm but went 48 hours without going and it was super comfy.
Considering how well things have been going since I stopped dilt I decided to try some topical zinc cream I've had kicking around. Just to get the last bit of swelling down and get this intercourser gone!

It's good to hear things are on track again. You may have developed an intolerance to the diltiazem ..I did. See how you go with the zink.

Thanks :D.
Was picture day. Things continue to go well. Dilt seems pointless at this point. Will just keep the zinc up for this next week. 10 days until its the 2nd month since botox.
Trying to remain positive :). Hoping it goes away.... I've often been worried it'll get to like 95% and then just stay there. It's hard to see in pictures unless I use a certain angle and then it looks a bit big however I think its more the angle then anything and the way it extends.

Finally went to the washroom today after not having gone since Friday. It was a smidge uncomfy. Soft but a bit bigger then I'd like. I realized I'm not drinking enough water on the weekends thus I'mma fix that but overall it feels comfortable and not inflamed.

Super comfy today. Feeling really positive :). No more zinc. I feel it just irritates more then needed. I think it helped but I tend to be itchy and quite frankly its gross white paste. I'm just going to apply ice topically 3 times a day. Then from the weekend to the next weekend I'm going to do nothing.
