Not too bad... I have dull ache type pains instead of spasms which I *think* is a good sign. I used to get pains like this before the bad tear which sent me into sharp, severely painful spasms.
So whilst for me this is a setback day, it's above and beyond any other days in terms of pain levels. And I did visit the toilet twice so shouldn't get too down :)

Day 14 on nitro.
Had a good soft BM this morning, with minimum of pain. Had 3 good hours with only minor sporadic pain. The I went biking again, and fu#%ed myself up. Burning and that dull pain again, lasting untill now :-(
What a rollercoaster this is!

Sorry to hear about your pain. Did you at least enjoy your bike ride? :D

Well, I had a flat, and had to walk two km to a store selling patches LOL, but still very enjoyable, compared to doing nothing.
Now, Im just pretty annoyed, I cant even bike. I really thought I could do it without hurting anything after yesterdays experience.

Dang that sucks! I guess you could stand up to pedal, but that's not the same.i have been getting cabin fever since I got fissure a few months ago. Whenever I do any little thing it seems fun. Even going to the grocery store or walking dog is highlight of my week lol

Yeah, totally sucks.
I already tried to stand up on my exercise bike. That did not end pretty either...

I walk my girl friends dog and do yoga. That's about all I can do with my torn butt

Funny I've tried that one too... FAIL!
I was doing 10km 4-5 days per week before my ass fell apart. Maybe it's the bikes fault!!

Day 15 on nitro.
Had a bad night, and a bad day. Shouldnt have gone biking yesterday. Even now, Im still in pain. This is a major setback.
This morning I felt and saw a lump. Previeosly I thought it was a hem besides my fissure, but today I realised the lump and fissure were the same thing. Now I scared shitless, that it might be a tumor, so Im going in for an exam tomorrow.
Its about 1x1cm in size, somewhat hard, and very sore.
Im crossing my finges, and hoping the best. At least its easily spottet from outside, just by pulling from both sides.
