Its definitely the BM that set it off.... I will try elevating feet i guess... I have an appt with the CRS thursday. We've discussed the only next step is LIS...i hate to use that option since it is the only remaining option left...

You know, I dont want to give you false hope, cause I think LIS will be the fastest and most effective way for you to get your life back. BUT... if you, like me, want to avoid surgery at all cost, you might want to look into this:
Study
Product
For the last week, I have been using the poor mans version. A gloved finger to support the area, and I think Im seeing some improvements already.
I think the idea behind makes good sense, so it might be worth a shot.
I wish you the best, and hope you can fully enjoy your baby soon!

Hi Hendrick, please don't stop eating! I did that and as a result I have lost 1.5 stone. I know it is so disheartening when nothing works. Speak to the CRS and keep up hope. I elevate my feet now and it does help. Keep us posted and you will get your life back. Image

Wow JHH that is one hell of a toilet seat! I want one! Can you purchase from UK?! It is expensive but worth a go! Have you seen an improvement since using? Image

I figure if you really want the seat, everything is possible!
Actually, I dont have the seat myself. I use a gloved finger to support the area instead.
Since doing this, I havnt felt any pain during BM. I think it helps me avoid the small retears that usually happens during every BM.

Are you still going for the Botox? Sounds like you are doing quite well at the moment.
