Drew,
You need to see a CRS!!! and the sooner the better.
If you are correct and you do have a fissure, you need the proper medication to start treating it asap and before it gets any worse, because that's when it gets much more difficult to manage and longer to recover.
Please trust us - we've all been there!.........
Strange - I would set up your own thread in the "New to the Forum" part - your post is much more likely to be viewed better and more receptive to responses of people offering you help :)

well i've been recovering nicely on my own. it doesnt hurt at all when i have a BM. im using coconut oil and miralax now so that's helping. lots of vitamins and sitz baths.

and i also eat prunes after my meals. im starting to take vitamin E and zinc and garlic pills too. any other tips? What would a doctor do/say? it doesn't seem worth it to go because they would just tell me to do what i'm doing now...
