TIDMANS SEA SALT BATH CRYSTALS

Postby Rachael 1984 » 07 Jun 2013, 04:07

Hi everyone, i have found some great bath salts, that have really helped over the last week. I purchased them from Holland and Barratt health shop. I have been doing this twice a day, in the morning straight after BM, then in the evening. I add 2 handfulls. They are so soothing and seem to calm any irritation down. I have also been rinsing with the shower head in the morning after the bath and BM. Any debris that is left there (YUCK) comes away.I have had less pain and irritation since doing this...... thanks ETO for this tip on cleaning up with the shower head, it really helps. Image

Are you sure this is bath salt helping? Not rinsing with shower head?

anyone in the northern hemisphere should take advantage of going for a swim in the ocean.
to cold here in southern australia now.
nothing beats the real sea salt straight from the ocean its self.
and its free.
big bags of sea salt can be pricey

Hey Rachael,
Glad to hear the Salts are helping and the shower head too!
I can't remember the last time I used anything on my bottom other than water (apart from the odd babywipe if I'm caught short outside the home!)
Can you order them in bulk online?? through Amazon or something. It's a shame I no longer live next to the sea (moved up from Brighton) as I no longer have that luxury! Image Image

I never use anything other than water on that part of my anatomy. I lived all my life - up to 13 years ago - by the sea. Now I live inland, next to a river...
I use sea salt to gargle, if I have a sore throat. Apart from that, it stays in the faraway sea.

Salt is meant to be very healing... Just make sure you rinse it all off... It can make you sore Image
I'm glad it's soothing for you!!
