Day 5
Soft bm this morning..... No pain on bm... It still just falls out! Feels very wired and numb down there. Still sore and stingy after...and I have a couple of lumps that have appeared? Is that the Botox injection sites? It feels like the Himalayas down there! Lol
Nice bath, then back on the couch for me...... I may even venture into the garden today, as the weather here in the uk is lovely and sunny for once!

Hi omb
Im happy you are doing good. Just continue to keep those BMs soft!
After botox I also have all sorts of bumps and stuff hanging out. Dont think it has anything to do with the injections, rather them messing around down there pulling and stretching.
- Fissure developed in Jan '13
- Started rectogesic in Feb '13 and diltiazem Apr '13.
- Got botox Jun '13
- Healed by Okt '13, although I still had some irritation for about a year.
- New fissure April '22, healed June 2022
- New fissure 24. December 2023

Keep going OMB. Hope you have enjoyed the lovely sunshine today. Hopefully it has given you some chilling time, and distraction from your bottom. Image

I haven't traveled your botox path thus far, but just wanted you to know I'm cheering for you along with others!!  As always with this wonderful problem, have patience and lots of it!  Sounds as though you are taking good care of yourself.  How unfair, your period, too!????  What are the AF gods thinking!?!?!?!  Did your doctor give you local pain reliever (e.g., lidocaine ointment?) Seems to me that might help the cheese grater effect, but I don't know.  I really hope your day tomorrow brings improvement!  Image

Day 6
Soft bm again this morning.... Thank you movicol !!.,
Still very sore, but bms are not painful!
The mountain range is still as high!! Lol
Thank you all for your good wishes.... JPT... Yes I have some lidocaine, but I can't use it... I am really sensitive to most things.. So as I'm just lying around doing nothing.. I'll put up with the grater feeling!!
Thick fog outside today.... Was hoping to get some sun shine vitamin D!

Hi OMB,
You sound like your doing great,  so glad to hear your BM is not painful. You will be sore down there for a while hopefully not too long.  Isn't movicol a godsend 😊
