Hi OMB,

I am doing okay, still sore from the op,but each day is getting better, no housework or washing up for me! I could get used to this! Lol. I will see how I am at the end of this week. I can't drive due to the location of the deeper excision, so I am watching daytime T.V and films and crap T.V lol.
On the Fissure front, I am sticking to routine, have given the Recto a rest because the skin around my bottom was like it had been burnt with acid! It just can't take too much more.i am using coconut oil and trying not to sit all day (which is hard when I can't do my normal daily activities)! When I sit too long it gets sore back there. January is my next appointment with the CRS. I will go for Botox again if he agrees, as it has helped me, but not sure what he will suggest. He doesn't want to cut me because of the incontinence risk and the fact I haven't had children yet. I will ask If he thinks another method could be used I.e Fissurectomy with Botox. I just want this ended as soon as possible.
 :smilyhug: :thanx: :thankyou:

:groan: Update... The fissure is sore some days and okay some days... I am just following the routine and trying to apply the nitro again in small amounts with a layer of Sudocrem to protect my skin, seems to be helping. I just don't want pain over Xmas. I go back to work on the 2nd December, then I break up on the 12th for Xmas. I just keep thinking how miserable I was last year, please not again..... Just give me a break you monster.....

:needguh: Me too splinter... This is causing me major psychological issues now! Is my BM going to be okay!? Have I eaten the right foods!? Am I going to be in pain? Am I going to be able to sit comfortably today!? Aghhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I hope it improves for us both and we can heal. I am considering holding a gun to the CRS head in January so he sorts me out once and for all.......... :kickass: :kickass:
