Hi well I tried to cut back on it and replace with fibogel and ended up constipated again well back with my obstructed evacuation syndrome - feel like I need a bowel movement all the time but nothing happening until I use a glycerine suppository. Then eventually managed good bowel movement fine but then had what I think is tenesmus for ages afterwards and feel another fissure may be present. This happened for 2-3 days until the movicol started to kick in again now better but several BM a day and some bleeding but no pain so everything more managable.
