Hello! I have been blood/pain free for basically a month now the past few days there has been small amount of blood on tp when I wipe and some minor discomfort (nothing near what I was experiencing) can this be a set back or a new fissure? Bms have been soft and 99% regular

Does anyone know how to tell the difference between a slight retear and simple irritation to the scar tissue? I used to bleed and have spasms when I would have a relapse, but now when I have a firm BM sometimes there's a very tiny sting, then no pain afterwards. ...

on reading all the posts, i realize i am not sure if i have a retear or not. i had been doing so well for a few weeks.

then i sat on this cushion and after that i was in a lot of pain.

still much worse than before.

is it possible it's just a spasm?

hi all, i think i had a re-tear last night, i ordered a tush cush and i think it split my butt cheeks too far apart, i had been doing so well, then suddenly this horrible pain. at first i thought i was flaring but now i think it was a re-tear as i woke up in pain and have been in pain a lot of today...

11 days botox, had a setback today. Had bulky BM, soft but had trouble coming out. Ended up with "the spasm" for about 4 hours. No blood. So how do you know if you had a retear or not?
