Butt Blog Update:Day 47
4BMs TODAY!

I don't know what's going on today. All decent ones I guess.
Got this sting from my sentinel pile removal. Got another one forming under my perenium.
The itching is a driving me crazy. Blisters!
Got home (after meeting with the ex to discuss a few things and help him understand things better) and was stinging and itching. Felt like dragging my butt across the carpet!
My mum suggested I put an ice pack on it so for the past half hour I've been walking around with a little ice pack shaped as a duck wedged between my butt cheeks. And by gum it has eased the sting and itch. I now no longer need to drag a toilet brush down there!
I'm so Rock'n'Roll! Aaaah the glamourous life I live.
Hope you guys are having a better day!

Hey Welsh,
That duck shaped ice pack sounds great! Sorry you have a rash. I got that when I was overdosing on all of the ointments I could use! I haven't had it this time with the Nitro. Could you try Sudocreme? If it is good enough for baby bottoms, it may just soothe yours. Keep going my lovely welsh. Welsh going to get rid of that rash and will be a happy bottom. Xxxx

Butt Blog Update:Day 48
Had a BM this morning and didn't feel unusual, they have been slightly harder to begin maybe a Bristol 1 and then flow freely into a Bristol 4-5. When wiping... There was fresh blood. This was a shock. Oh dear. Haven't had blood since early July. Bit of a set back but it's back to basics with my diet to try again. I've ceased using the Diltiazem because of the rash. It's all very sensitive, I definitely have a tag from where my perenium was swollen. Wonder whether it means another fissure.
Still have that sting going on. I'm shuffling everywhere again.

Oh oh W, thats not the best news...
At least you dont have pain, so maybe its not so bad. Besides, it proves you have blood flow going on down there, so if its a small tear, it might heal fast again. Could also be an internal hem. Anyway, stay strong, and keep fighting :)
- Fissure developed in Jan '13
