Hey welsh, glad your having more good days 😊. You should really wait & see what your CRS says about the movicol you've only another couple wks to go. I was telling you before I take two at night go almost immediately in the morning but the very odd time like today I had no BM even after taking the two last night so tonight I take some lactulose with my movicol CRS says it ok to take together & I'm guaranteed to go in the morning. Although I've no pain I still feel a little irritated at times I presume it's just the scar tissue.
I wish you the very best with your promotion fingers crossed you get it 😊
Take care welsh x

Same here OMB & PGA
Maybe she got that promotion and is busier than ever. Even if she did not get that promotion we hope she will pop back in here soon as she's still tops in our book, right.
GL to you WelshDF and no matter what, take care of your bum.

Hello my butt club friends. Sorry to be so elusive. I have been incredibly busy, hoping to find out about the promo tomorrow.
As for my bum... It's all good in the hood! I've even cut my Movicol down to 1-2 a day.
I've had a couple of Bristol 4s. No pain. No blood! It's like being 18 again!
Botox still seems to be working its magic. No incontinence.
I also went back to the gym last week! Some light exercises. And I feel great!
Just starting back with the dating malarky too. Been on a few different dates. One guy is a potential, very cute and funny.
I've booked a nice spa day for me and my mum in a couple of weeks to say thank you to her for being my mum. She got me through this difficult time. Then a week after that I've got my first follow up after surgery! 3 blooming months! Fingers crossed I'll be healed.
Thank you all for you continued support. I really appreciate your advice, your concerns and just generally having someone to vent to. You're all very special people to me!
Lots of butt love,
Welsh! (Aka Kel) x

Fab reading Welsh Kel !!!
& Sometimes a little distraction from the site is not always a bad thing I find...As much as I love popping on here to catch-up, it does draw your attention back to the whole issue too when sometimes you need to be totally immersed in other things.......
Great to hear you are doing so well now - there is so much bum healing in the air right now - it seems it's been a magical Summer!!
Enjoy all your new challenges & ventures, your new date (!), your trip with your mum! the gym again.......You need such things after going through a pretty miserable last few months, and plan your sights now back on your extreme boarding activities!!!
Keep drinking plenty and pooping gently - in your own words!
Butt love back! x x
