Hey Welsh, So pleased to read what a succes your Manchester trip was, good for you Image
And I think the advice sheet you are doing, to take in with you for your appointment is a fantastic idea!! If only someone had given me an advice sheet at the beginning of this, to tell me what to try....would have saved me days and nights of researching EVERYTHING I could possibly google in order to find what I was dealing with, and how to deal with it!
So HUGE Brownie point to you for this idea Welsh, lets hope they use it and give it to future Fissure sufferers. In fact....get it published!! Get it out there in as many web sites as you can find...magazines, emails, the whole world should know about this!!!
See,.....I told you didnt I....First Manchester...Next...The World!!!
Welsh goes Global with Fissure advice sheet and saves Thousands from pain and suffering Image

Butt Blog update:day 63 - 9 weeks today
All A-OK again today. Bristol 5-6.
But there is an unforeseen intervention... My nan is visiting this weekend... and... Is an amazing baker. There's welsh cakes, blackberry tart and brownies.... Stay. Strong. Welsh. You can resist. It's just flour and raisins and grlghllghrgh... Chocolate fudge brownies.
Wish me luck my butt buddies, for I am on a quest of self control. A trip to the kitchen could be the end of me.

NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS HEALTHY FEELS............. Repeat it every time you are tempted to walk towards the bad food. Or should I say, the food that tastes soooo damn good, but then gives those nasty little Fissures strength and makes them powerful!!!
You can do it Welsh, you CAN do it, YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I have faith in you.
See, so if you eat it now......you let down me too!!! hahaha No pressure then Image

Butt Blog update:day 68
Had a good few days (and a couple of lovely welsh cakes and brownies).
The other night I missed my Movicol before bed and had the largest poop since surgery. Bristol 4 but took a while to coax it out. Was this the missed Movicol? I'd say so yes. Bit itchy now and not sore, but not completely comfortable. Still sensitive down there. When will I be able to return to the gym? It's killing me. I have all this 'single life' time on my hands (although I'm getting back out in the dating scene very soon. Watch this space).
I wonder If I can reduce my Movicol to one dosage rather than 3 throughout the day? Maybe I can take 2 at night? Anyway it's that dreaded lady time this week, maybe that has something to do with it too? Gaaaah!
Hope you guys are doing better.
:)
P.S Hopefully having a promotion in work, find out next week!

I hope it's a good promotion for you, will cross my finger's and toes.
That's a great idea, try only taking the movical at night, hay if it doesn't work then go back to the other way.
Now Welshy girl watch your eating..Don't go that route, sugar in the cakes no good, and flour, don't get me started, lol.
Take it easy eh..all the best..Image
