Oh well done Welsh on your choice of food!!! Quantity may have been above normal, but hey, first meal out in 56 days......you deserve to tuck in :D And you ate good foods so you did great.
After what you have been through, I bet it was just great to be out and able to eat and enjoy yourself. There will of course be no stopping you now.....one night out....next The World!!!! The Welshmyster is freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee to enjoy the rest of her life Image

Haha... Next - the world! Thanks sunshine!
It was a great day. I shall not forget it quickly. I do however worry for the week ahead, I'm off to Manchester for a meeting, staying in a hotel for 2 nights. Bit worried about what there'll be for me to chow down on. There's also a Starbucks in the hotel which I must limit myself to just one.
During my 2 day meeting I'll be testing my bladded and sphincter skills. Holding it all in until I can release during breaks. Not looking forward to it to be honest.
My butt however feels really good right now. Still the odd sting/itch but so so much better.
Onward noble steed! To healing!

Glad ya Butt is behaving itself for you :D
Hopefully they will have salads and chicken, or veg's. Breakfast, I take one of those porridge pots that you just add water to, and little cartons of fresh orange for breakfast when away. Try to take some snacks that dont need a fridge so if you get the munchies, you wont be tempted to eat junk if nothing healthy is available. Apples, bananas, apricots, maybe a healthy flapjack.
Toilet breaks have to be allowed....just tell them your on a 5 litre of water a day target and wee breaks must be available or you wont be responsible for the paddling pool you may create Image
Above all....do not worry Welsh, look at Manchester as an adventure!!!! I told you......Next......The World Image Starting with Manchester.....
Who knows where these trips lead to........
Have fun Image  X

Check up with my CRS is the 19 sept. this will be my 14th week out of the "healed by 16th week". I might even be ok for an examination. It's incredibly tight down there and I haven't even had a prod down there. I don't lube before any BMs as I've found it never helps. Fingers crossed it'll all be fine.
Butt feels really good still.
Butt blog update: day 50something (can't remember)
3 BMs today, all ranging from Bristol 4-6

Hey Welshy,
i really hope your healed by the 16wks they have given you, you are on track anyway :D. I still feel really tight down there too never felt loose to me even after 2 rounds of botox and lis still feels tight. I still feel nervous it can happen again so have to be extra careful.
The fear is in me Image
I like the way you are forgetting what day it is sure sign of feeling well. Keep up the good work and chill at your manchester meeting you'll do just fine.
Take care :)

Butt Blog Update:day 58
All good in the hood. 2BMs today, first was a Bristol 4 and slightly larger than normal.
Heading to Manchester tomorrow after work so hopefully I'll get my BMs done in time. I've just started Game of Thrones so there's plenty to distract me.
Hope ya'll are doing well too.
I'm also writing an advice sheet with all the info I've collected from this site and my own research in how to deal with a fissure, I'm hoping to give this to my CRS whose nurses were less than helpful when I phoned for advice. Fingers crossed they'll take it all in and give them out to AF sufferers.

Description of Welsh's fissures when  she said:
It killed me to skip past the cheese and crackers, the nachos, the egg fried rice, the sushi, the pizza, the meat kebabs.

Thats the way to make your fissures angry. Keep up the good work.
