Glad ya Butt is behaving itself for you :D
Hopefully they will have salads and chicken, or veg's. Breakfast, I take one of those porridge pots that you just add water to, and little cartons of fresh orange for breakfast when away. Try to take some snacks that dont need a fridge so if you get the munchies, you wont be tempted to eat junk if nothing healthy is available. Apples, bananas, apricots, maybe a healthy flapjack.
Toilet breaks have to be allowed....just tell them your on a 5 litre of water a day target and wee breaks must be available or you wont be responsible for the paddling pool you may create
