Thanks all :D
Yes, this is up there with my best days. Im very slowly getting better.
Day 37
Had a plug this morning, so it started with a huge splash, then the cowpad came. I would say bristol 4-6.
Not much pain during BM though, just the usual little sting as it passed the fissure. I expected some pain today, but it has pretty much just been a copy of yesterday. Lots of sensations and irritation, but it never turned into something I would call pain.

LOL@that buttastic.
You might be right, I usually dont look much like that anymore. But, Im still impatient. The weather is so nice here, and my bike is collecting dust. I do not dare to try and ride it :(
I also know I might just be one bad BM away from feeling awfull again, so I will just wait and see what the future brings :)

Stay positive JHH, you're putting things in place now to be able to live your life to the fullest, but until then, despite being hard, you'll have to take things slow.
Just remember it'll all be worth it in the end. You'll be riding that bike in the sun (if our gorgeous weather sticks around finally).
Drink plenty poop gently,

Delighted to hear things are looking up for you at last. I agree with you about been "just one bad BM away from feeling awful again" so do continue to be careful :)

Day 38
Great day. Panfree bristol 6 BM, and only minor irritation. I still can feel my fissure when I apply nitro and dilt, so its not gone, but it must be quite happy these days, and so am I :D

Do you feel it's getting smaller or something like that? Don't wanna be a pessimist but if the fissure doesn't heal the spasms and the pain can coma back once the botox wears off... I do hope it's working for you. Your succes would be encouraging to me:)

Yeah, I know botox is protecting my ass right now, and spasms will return if fissure doesnt heal before. No, I cant feel it getting smaller, but the again, its hard to tell cause its far inside, and I cant see it.
I have an apointment in the start of august, and if my fissure doesnt show sign of healing, I will go for LIS. No way Im going back to spasms and burning pain for hours again!
