I see your feeling completely depends on stool. Probably just fissure is not aggravated .

Day 31
Bristol 5 again. Felt slight pain, but only irritation later on. Right now the irritation has turned into a very annoying itch. Like there is something crawling around in my ass. I take it as a good sign though.

I had a crawling feeling about a week into Botox. Haven't felt it since.
Is your pain the stool moving over the fissure? I'm getting that right now. Nowhere near the pain I used to have unless my pain threshold has changed.

Yes, pain is when the stool passes the fissure site. Not much, but still noticable. I believe its because its stretching the wound.
I have never had much pain during BM, even when my fissure was worst is was only like 2-3 out of 10. Now its like 1 out of 10.

Yikes!
Was helping my son with his shoes, and squatted down without thinking. Got an intense sharp shooting pain from the fissure. It was gone like two minutes later, and now its just an itch again, but Im scared I might have retorn. Guess tomorrows BM will tell. Dammit!

I always have good and bad days with my mobility. Some days I think I can possibly go for a long brisk walk and other days - walking at a normal speed just seems to give my fissure a bit of a sting.
You have to be so so careful, I'm still a little apprehensive about using my squatty potty idea because it feels like I'll do more harm than good.
You kinda need an incident like this to make you realise how serious our conditions are. Everything is linked down there, even sneezing I get a bit worried (having hayfever isn't helping).
We all really just need to refrain from doin the normal stuff too often. I'm deliberately treating myself as if I've got a bad back which helps me move slowly and gently.
Hope tomorrow is a good day for you J.

JHH, are you able to find your fissure in mirror? If yes you can just check if your re-tore or not.

Nope, it's too far in to see.
Day 32
Was a bit worried this morning. Both about my incident yesterday, but also about the 1 hour drive I was going on shortly after my BM. Luckily, I had a nice painless bristol 6 BM. Yes!
The drive went OK, although I had a little pain in the end, and it was good to come out and walk around. One hour later, I had no issues, and I have been fine for the rest of the day.
More days like this please!!!

Great news JHH! Keep up the optimism too. At least one of us needs to heal soon and retire from this site of pain.
