Those didn’t work for me
All it gave me was a bloating

Today is first time I do not have pain after bm (even that it was a bit of blood), I can still feel my bum hole but it’s far from normal pain
2 weeks and 2 days after botox so let’s hope it’s going into right direction

Im day 5 after Botox today an I'm noticing the odd bit of gas slip out are you guys having that at all? It's not all the time just here an there some gas I still have to push a little it's like the Botox is working in waves so weird.

Vicouscycle how was the BM today? Try and watch if there's a pattern as to when you get these hard tips I know alot of woman get hard tips or full blown consitpation the week leading to there periods then once your period starts your body will begin to flush everything out and alot of woman during their periods will get diarrhoea I'm thinking about starting a birth control pill to see if I can avoid the yoyo hormones

Mine was painful today with blood. But again, BM was quite large in terms of size in AF world. I would say it’s a normal size for ppl without AF. I’ll see if this continues, I may need my 6 weeks post op appointment earlier.

Day 19+ 20

I had 3 BM yesterday (all formed) and 2 today (2nd one bit mushy). I usually go only once a day. Blood continues to appear, pain was the same 4/10. I can definitely feel the cut and also burns throughout BM. Also some minor spasm after BM for roughly 5 hours. Today is the first time I felt minor spasms again. I have to say I’m quite upset about my progress so far.

Bojjbo, how are you feeling today?

Missy, do you know how soon can Botox be repeated? I don’t think if I want to wait the entire 3 months (supposedly when it starts to wear off). I just can’t put my life plans on hold for this forever.

It should be in full effect by 2weeks for most people but can take up to 6 weeks. I would say ask your surgeon but they likely won't do more Botox till 3 months I'm guessing but definitely ask your surgeon who knows they mite put some extra Botox in I had 2x30 units the first time this time I had 2x50 units. How much did you get?

Viciouscycle, you need to have patience. It takes more than 3 months to feel much better, based on others who went through this.

Thanks Missy and Abu. I definitely felt the Botox kicked in from Day 4-14 (no blood, almost asymptomatic). I felt it loosen up quite a bit. Then from Day 15, the tightness came back and that’s when I started feeling the tear again.

Missy I had 30 units, not sure if it’s total or each side.
Abu, so this is just a setback? I am upset because it was working perfectly then suddenly everything came back, especially when it should be most effective in terms time. I was told it should peak between 2wks to 1 months.
