I feel your pain it's been about 30hrs since Botox and my BM tried to come out before but it was thin with hard bits my system is so sluggish only half came out I can't make the rest come out it's nearly bed time so i have no choice but to take double the softners and hope for the best tomorrow morning. With my first Botox I had a setback during week four so try relax eat super healthy drink water eat fiber and some stool softeners remember it takes a year to fully heal a fissure

Thank you Missy. Do you have any numbing gel that you can put on tomorrow before you go? I think that happens when I don’t eat enough. Things are just not moving along. Yes take softener and pray tomorrow’s going to be just fine...that’s what i’ll do.
Pain is about 3 during BM today and stings a bit more than usual after BM but last all day.

Ok well mine is about a 7-8 out of 10 during BM it's so tight an swollen nothing can come out what did come out was hard bits and soft bits so annoying and then my movement just stopped while I know there's still more in there it feels incomplete I'm bloated and uncomfortable not sure what do do I'm just going to have to take 2x coloxyl pills tonight and hope for the best or maybe I'll take a movical instead I don't know. I'm scared to look at my behind it feels odd just because it's not working properly so I'm to scared to look at it the first time I had Botox I looked the next day an it was a swollen mess I feel like the visual makes you feel more uneasy so I recommend not to look down there I'm not going to this time.

Same here! I looked down there once after Botox, I think was day 2 and got so scared...I have actually never looked back again since then. I used to look at it twice a day to apply cream. Now I just put it on, not looking at it at all.

Still some pain during BM, prob 3/4 out of 10. But it was the biggest one so far since Botox...I’m sure it gave my butt a good stretch :-(. Can’t imagine doing this one pre-Botox. Just hope it’ll continue to heal even it’s getting stretched quite a bit. I don’t understand why it’s so big though, I eat a normal diet, had a poke bowl for lunch, a banana and a kiwi fruit as snack. Half slice of pizza...and a bowl of noodle with tomato and bok choy for dinner. I also took 1 dose of benefiber, 1 Coloxyl + half dose of Movicol. I just don’t understand how it’s still so big.

I've just started on the paleo diet a week ago maybe you could look into it. Too much fiber makes big stools.

Bok choy is a fairly gas inducing food. I've personally found that foods which induce gas cause larger BMs, and my theory is that they encourage too much bacteria to grow, resulting in larger BMs. Same goes for mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
