Yea I never eat popcorn anymore do not worry about it just don't eat it again it's horrible stuff but ice-cream is ok for some people just just to eat stuff and see how it changes your bms if it hardens them then write that food down and avoid it, things that go in dry and hard come out dry and hard. Like for me nuts don't get digested so I avoid most of them but you mite be different

Divine timing haha yes Botox will work on both of us we just gota believe it, my second dose is in 9 days sometimes I worry about it but I need to remember the first time I was scared but it turned out fine it's more mentally hard then anything like it's scary waiting and anticipating the botox and being put to sleep but I'll be fine just need to get it over an done with. For a stool softener I only use magnesium citrate powder and vitamin C powder every night it's pretty reliable

Sorry vicouscycle from jumping in I just wanted to ask Abu a question, Abu do you have any advice for me I'm confused as to what's going on with me my stools are a mix of hard nuggets and liquid I've never experienced this before but it's been like this for about a week now I'm thinking about weening off the magnesium and vit C to see if my stools go back to normal it's very odd because the hard bits aren't only at the start of the BM. What do you think?

Yes it’s slowly going down. Still a little but I’m hoping it’ll go down by end of this week which is 10 days, the nurse was right!
Do you get any abdominal pain or cramps with this random alternating liquid and hard BM?

Yep I get abdominal pain sometimes what I get is a sore bowel but I've did stool tests a few weeks back but everything came back clear and my blood tests showed no inflammation in my body so no infections.

Hey Missy, did you by any chance suddenly increased consumption of fats? Related to vitamin c, how much do you take?
