Sounds fresh & delicious! Also nutritious tart-crisp, right from the web! Image It really sounds like something I need to try, especially since I need to get away from the unnatural miralax. Although miralax works very well, it gets to be expensive and I would rather take something more natural.
Plum juice sounds much better than prune juice, doesn't sound so old.

I just added Flaxseed (ground) to my diet yesterday. I have added to my yogurt or to my oatmeal. Not too bad!

Hi Val,
thanks for the warm welcome.
Haven't heard of wheatgerm oil before. Is that from the health food store?

Yes I know. Remember to drink plenty of water when you fiber yourself up! That is very important. I always drank alot of water anyway so that didnt really change much.

I love ground flaxseed, I usually grind a tablespoon and add to my oatmeal, along with some fibersure and blueberrys. Probably should have more but it does add quite a few fat calories.

Im pretty sure that helps things flow too! I went out last night and had a few beers and that usually isnt a good thing for me. Too runny if you know what I mean.
Sorry for the graphics

Yes, water is good. I probably should be drinking more now! I do try, but sometimes I just forget.
I like the coffee, I try to limit it to one cup in the morning. Beer isn't appealing to me, probably good for me that I don't.
Guess I should try to get something done today, errands need to be done before the day slips away. I am a procrastinator...
Nice chatting with you all, have a good day. Image

Jo,
Im sorry I was suggesting you drink beer. I was just saying that I usually shouldnt either. I would NEVER reccomment beer as source of fiber. LOL

Ye, Jo, the wheatgerm oil is from a health shop. Vitimin e oil is good too.

I use it topically.

Tom,
Image I know, beer - not a good fiber source!! Good thing I don't like it.
Not to worry, I know you weren't recommending it.
Guess I am a fibre addict now.
Val,
Does the oil help heal? Do you apply anything else?
