Sounds fresh & delicious! Also nutritious tart-crisp, right from the web! It really sounds like something I need to try, especially since I need to get away from the unnatural miralax. Although miralax works very well, it gets to be expensive and I would rather take something more natural. Plum juice sounds much better than prune juice, doesn't sound so old.
Yes I know. Remember to drink plenty of water when you fiber yourself up! That is very important. I always drank alot of water anyway so that didnt really change much.
I love ground flaxseed, I usually grind a tablespoon and add to my oatmeal, along with some fibersure and blueberrys. Probably should have more but it does add quite a few fat calories.
Im pretty sure that helps things flow too! I went out last night and had a few beers and that usually isnt a good thing for me. Too runny if you know what I mean. Sorry for the graphics
Yes, water is good. I probably should be drinking more now! I do try, but sometimes I just forget. I like the coffee, I try to limit it to one cup in the morning. Beer isn't appealing to me, probably good for me that I don't. Guess I should try to get something done today, errands need to be done before the day slips away. I am a procrastinator...
