A couple of years ago I developed EXTREMELY dry skin on my face. It was painful, and my face was literally peeling off it was so dry. I tried everything, the heaviest of moisturizes, natural oils, everything. Nothing seemed to penetrate my skin. It just sat on top and didn't do anything. I finally went to the dermatologist after trying unsuccessfully to treat it naturally. She diagnosed me with rosacea... which i still question if that was the correct diagnosis or not, BUT she prescribed a cream called Bionect. She said it is used for burn patients and basically protects the skin so it can heal. And it worked. And I've never had this problem again.

The other day I started thinking, what if i tried this on my fissure????

I have never tried this cream myself, but it might be helpful if doctor advises. Can you check what are components of this cream, probably there is some known active substance?
