Thanks Rachael, I have a drs appt today, and will mention that one.
Fissure still feels ok.... Just a lot of discomfort from the mountainous hems.
This morning I tried filling my sitz with cold water and sitting in that. It made me jump when I first tentatively lowered myself down, but actually, I could feel the heat being drawn out of the area, and that was nice and soothing. I think I will do that one again!
Will update after doc visit later.
OMB x
......went to the docs, and she prescribed me xyloprocot.
Lidocaine 50mg
Hydrocortisone 2.75mg
She said it will be ok to use it for 2-3 weeks safely.
I'll give it a go!

It's still early days with the cream... So no difference there yet.
I have noticed that I have a bruised feeling at the back... Like my tail bone is bruised?? Has anyone had this? I hope it's not the start of any complications.
I'm still waiting to turn that corner... And I'm hitting the 4 week mark on Friday!

Hi,
If your fissure/unhealed place is posterior(6 o clock) then it can tunnel to tail bone.
I had this feeling if my posterior unhealed place were irritated by BM.
07.02.2013 - got open hemorrhoidectomy, leaded to slow healing wound. Link to story
11.12.2013 - LIS surgery

God OMB, 4 weeks already! That has gone so quickly! Not too sure about the tailbone pain. Maybe it is to do with travelling pain from the Fissure/Botox sites. Keep kicking.

OMBxx
After my surgery, I had hems that remained "inflamed" for up to 3 months after my op - to the point I starting questioning banding because they just weren't budging (I remember this so clearly!) - Infact, I might have asked yourself and definitely Rachael about this? Maintaining constantly smooth BM's with no excessive straining and a little walking most nights made the world of difference and they are totally reduced again now in size & do not bother me at all anymore. It's that time thing again I'm afraid! I'm absolutely certain that if you keep up all the great work, a few weeks from now, they will not be bothering you.......A cold shower head really brings great relief with piles, they hate exercise, so some regular walking will possibly help and the most effective thing I ever found was the HC Anusol (but sparingly) try to keep full pressure off them too. They will get better with time honestly!!!

Chronic Fissure diagnosed December 2011
Healed by Diltiazem around Feb 2013
Anal Fistula followed burst abscess in June 2012
2 internal troublesome piles remain & suspected, but undiagnosed, ongoing Levator Ani type symptoms & flare-ups

Yes, OMB I think ETO is spot on. My hems took ages to settle and they definitely contributed to not feeling the full effects of the Botox straight away. They will get better. Keep the faith, the Himalayas will shrink.
My Grape is hardly there now.
