Up and down goes that damn rollercoaster! Sorry to hear it Ff. Hopefully it will pass soon. I am healed and still get that burning and tight sensation. It's my muscles that seem to remember that response. Hopefully physio can sort it out in time. I am starting to think that everyone's pelvic floor muscles react to this chronic pain, just to varying degrees. Heat should help anyway.

Do you feel like the botox is wearing off? Remind me of when you got your first injections...

Not sure if it's wearing off.... Hard to tell. I still feel an urge to go to the loo and I can't stop it sometimes so have to run. I think I've got a new fissure at the 12 a clock position. No blood but same shearing pain on bm. No spasms after luckily. My first Botox was April 17th so ages ago now :(I can feel a small ball bearing hemmy at 1pm that's starting to cause me bother too. Isn't life fun :(

Ok yes it's confirmed I've got a new fissure at 12:00 which I hear is really rare in males? It's so painful! No blood but when I put my cream on it stings like hell and can barely touch it. I could honestly cry.

That is wretched FF. I am so sorry.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

Hey guys, had my pre op assessment today for second round of Botox and hemmi banding. Lucky me!!! Pain is so weird at the moment. I've bought a tiny little butt plug that's meant to be a first timer thing. It's 3 inches long and about as thick as my thumb. I've used it two nights in a row and get a mild sting when I use it but it's tolerable. No blood for a few months so I've tried taking it to this step of small diletation to try to break down this scar tissue. I use loads of lubricant to help. Pain in the day is down to a 2/10 as a constant so I'm very lucky I guess but can't wait to be 100% as it's becoming so annoying. Sigh.

Wow! That's fantastic that you can get that in there. I tried to insert my finger rectally this weekend and couldn't get it in even a millimeter. I don't get it! I am apparently healed and have had an LIS...

A thumb sounds like a large diameter but if you can do it with little ill effect that's great. When are you set to get more botox? Will it be the same CRS as last time?

hey again team,

so as per my post in the general discussion - I'm getting further weird pain at the 12pm position, not sure if I've got a build up of scar tissue but any light presure on the normal skin above the 12pm position below the perenium causes pain. as if the skin is pulled so taught and sore almost to the point of splitting. odd.

Bm's are no longer painful. its just the day to day 'dry pain' of walking around and sitting, the only relief I get is when I sit in the bath and put on some coconut oil to lubricate the area. I still get the odd pulling pain. I'm wondering if this is all just scar tissue thats causing the problems? I've not bled in ages (only a bit of minor pinprick spotting once yesterday) and BMs don't really hurt anymore.

Still no blood.
pain is getting worse at the 7pm position - not on BMs but just throughout the day. I have my botox and banding scheduled for next friday at 12:30 under General Anasthetic. not sure how this will help if it's scar tissue causing me the problem. *sigh*

I'm greatful for not being in agony every day but this is getting so annoying now, just niggling pain all the time. I'm glad there is no blood when I wipe, that's a plus!!
