Thanks. The system is reasonably easy to use, but is clearly going to require a bit of practice. The chief difficulty I had was in squeezing all the water out of the bulb in one go. However, I did manage to inject about three quarters of the water into my colon. Then it flowed out again, together with some small particles of stool, though i also found that inserting the nozzle caused a BM - not sure if that's meant to happen. Anyway, practice makes perfect, and I guess I'll be doing this on a more or less daily basis from now on. It's rather similar to administering an enema.
The only real objection I have to the system so far is that inserting the cone into the rectum is a fairly sensitive process, as things are quite inflamed in that region. But it's not too bad, and I'll persevere.
