Fred, I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. I've read similar threads but don't know what to make of it. I currently can only sit on comfy couch cushions and even then I have to get up and walk around the condo every 15 minutes. I am essentially couch ridden. I am currently working from home which makes it easier but I miss my old life. I take it day by day and tell myself I'll heal but it's hard to not despair. It takes so long to heal these darn things and my mind goes into overdrive thinking of all the craziest of scenarios that may impede healing.
March 2022 Suffered anal fissure.
April-May 2022 Went undiagnosed because GP couldn't see the fissure.
June 1st 2022 Officially diagnosed with fissure by GI and given nefedapine.
July 2022 Botox injection under anesthesia
