Lars -
I am sorry about your terrible day!

I really hope things look up soon. Did you get an appointment with your family doctor yet? Or what about that hospital in Oslo? Keep us updated and try to hang in there!
I was misdiagnosed for about a year. The doctors kept telling me I had internal hemmies and they were causing me pain. No one wanted to remove the hemmies because I want more kids and they worsen with labor. Everyone told me to live with it. Come to think of it, no one ever even put an anoscope in my bum. They only did a digital exam. I didn't know any better either, I thought the doctors were right until one day, I had a painful BM, and decided to look at myself with a mirror. I saw it - a FISSURE! I had no idea what it was at the time, but I new my butt was torn. It can be easily seen from the ouside. After some internet research, I diagnosed myself with a fissure and made another appointment. I told my doctor what I had and she used an anoscope on me. She did not see anything again. My fissure would close fast and was hard to diagnosed. I demanded to go to a CRS and I was finally diagnosed after 13 months of hell! I am now on my second CRS and I am happy with him so far.
Please hang in there friend! I get down on myself too - I was crying yesterday. There have been so many people on the boards that have come and gone and have been healed. That will be us too!
