Ha ha, you see - you are already in good positive mood : ))) - it is very important for recovery ! You are over the worst part and yes- there might be some little setbacks here and there but the trend will
be "up" form now on !!! Just be nice to yourself ; ), take it easy and believe in the wondrous healing capacity of your body : ) ! If nothing, LOL, statistically it is already overdue for somebody to heal
nicely and fast at this forum and it might as well be you : ))) !!!
Have a nice and restful night :gnight:

Goodmorning all. Thats my boy Justice who has been with me through all of this with his liittle brother Truth (will post him later). Better night last night but still dealing with pain. Was able to have a BM this am, with pain, but nothing like yesterday, and hope I have that back on track. Just finished a bowl of oatmeal with pleanty of water.
It is a beautiful day outside and Im going to try a short walk as I need to get outside. I hope everyone is doing well today. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks for all the positive mojo you have sent my way. I hope that I have finally turned the corner but don't want to jinx myself. D.

Badass,
Baked apples might be good to eat and/or applesauce. Blueberries usually loosen things up for me. Hard to know what to eat, isn't it?? I would think your pain with BM's would lessen each day. It probably will take awhile for that area to heal completely.

Hello all. Time for a physical update. 107 hours since surgery. 23 hours since my last pain pill. 1 hour since my last sitz bath. My current pain level is about a 3.5/10. While the BM were Very difficult yesterday (induced by the fleet phosphate soda) they were better today (4/10) and hopefully will improve tommorow. Got the courge to look at the area today. Black and blue. with suprisingly limited swelling. Stiches are visible and appear to be quite a few. Slight regular clear discharge that is leaving some spotting. I was told to expect this. I was able to walk today (somewhat gingerly) and did about a half mile. Pain intensifies when I get up from sitting or lying down. At times in the right position pain can be as low as 1/10 or 7/10 if I move the wrong way. I hope this helps someone in the future.
On a different note thats my boy Peace who I have not seen since the day before my surgery and hope to have back soon. Thats all for now. Hope everyone is pain free and having a good day. D
