Kim-the burning pain subsides and becomes bearable after 10-15mins since morning.need around 30-45mins for the pain to settle.im sorry for saying not many come back to this forum once healed.i didnt know except a few,i apologise and thanks to everyone for supporting us.

Lecia you are so wise !
Thats it !!
I am sorry things are not so good today...
Those antibiotics are yucky for the tummy, do you take pre biotics , that can help !
Try to rest as much as you can and do not let your head get wrecked with the worry, you are still in recovery and the upset will only make you feel so much worse Image
Sending you some hugs and more get wells Pinky Image

Image I know its rough when you're stuck in and the whole world seems to be going on as normal and having a great time all except you! I know that feeling very well at the moment, but the best way of dealing with it is just to accept it. It must be horrible not being able to spend time with your babe, its supposed to be a happy time, and you must feel cheated out of those precious few first weeks. Just give it time and allow yourself this time to relax and take care of you. You have years and years ahead of you with your little one and when you look back in months to come it will just be a little blip of time and a nasty memory. You will get better, please believe that. This is a tough time you are going through but you will get through it and that wound will heal up. Unfortunately it takes a while but thats just the way it is with this kind of surgery. You're bound to feel down and miserable after going through 2 surgeries in a very short time, just be kind to yourself! Image Image

This will be just a short blip in your life I am sure and you will join the rest of the world soon. I used to feel so envious of others I would see just living their lives when I was in pain and then I discovered that everyone has issues. We can't always see the pain that people are in but if you are alive, you have some pain-though it might be different degrees and types.
I felt very cheated too after the birth after my second daughter because I thought every thing would be perfect. I wouln'dt have to go back to work and I could enjoy just being a mom and being more involved in my other daughter's school. However, that is not what happened. I was in bed for 14 months after the birth and still have problems though I can live a reasonable life now compared to where I was. I am just saying I understand. I didn't sign up for this and I didn't want to miss anything with my kids and I felt like for the first 3 months I was in so much pain that I could hardly see my baby. I would care for her but I felt so detached because the pain was so distracting from the joy. Plus I had to have a lot of help with her so I missed getting to do a lot of the day to day things. But your is temporary. You will get better and although this will be a terrible thing to live through you will survive.

A little leakage right after LIS is fairly common, Pink. I not only had a little leakage, I crapped my pants a couple days after the surgery. You will see major improvement in that soon.
I am delighted you are feeling so much better! Watch it get better and better each day!!

Yes, it is very common Pinky - I did not have it but read about it in many medical CRS Papers. Over time your sphincter will regain a lot of its original tonus and you will be just fine ! Actually be happy that your CRS did cut sufficiently Image - most people who had initial occasional leak or transitory gas incontinence actually had a great result at the end !!!
Best of luck Pinky - I will get my period any day now - can't wait for the "fun time" Image Image Image!
Hang in - all will be MUCH better soon !!!! Image

Periods really wreak havoc when you have anal conditions. I hope things get more regular for you and you won't be going so often. I know that burns doesn't it? Maybe a little aloe vera would help? I hope you feel better soon.
