He rolled your house!!! COOL!!! He'll be a teenager before you know it and rolling the entire neighborhood!!!
I remember when I was a teacher and the kids thought they were gonna roll my house during homecoming week (which is a mischeivous tradition down here) but they thought my neighbors house was mine, and hit it instead!!!
Next year I told this neighbor to keep an eye on our property during homecoming week, but he allowed one young lady to enter my yard and gently roll a small tree!! Payback!! Image
Kids! You gotta love 'em or you'd murder 'em!!

Jen,
Your little guy is SO cute. You should enter him in a baby contest or something.

to keep the hijack going... you guys are right. i need to be optimistic and one day down the line i'm sure i'll feel good enough to have kids! jen - definitely make them give you a c-section!! if anyone should have a c section it's women who have had compromising anal surgeries b/c you'd think we'd be at higher risk for more problems - tearing, hemmorhoids, incontinence, on and on...
kim - thanks for the vote of confidence also! it's nice to have a patriarchal figure here on the board, you must get tired of all the women talking womanly stuff around here :) i'm doing ok since the surgery. taking it slow and trying to stay positive. i'm succeeding in that for the most part! Image i'm hoping in another month or so i'll be feeling pretty darn good!
thanks for asking Image

Great to hear that Juney! Image
At least you will be informed going into a pregnancy. I had no idea you could injure yourself or have rectal problems from a natural process. I would have been better with a c-section, but it is what it is. Hang in there!
How are you doing Pinky?

Thanks for all your suggestions.my son is almost 9months now,so you all know how hard it is.if i give him TP,it goes straight into his mouth.my room has an ensuite, maybe i can just leave him down for a while.i think i will somehow manage when im alone as i wont have any other choice.im so glad i can discuss anything with you all and get good response as well.
Jen,i dont know if i will ever have another baby.i still havent recovered from the first one.but if i do decide to have a baby, then its definetely gonna be a c section.i wanted to go for an elective section for my first delivery.ive worked in obs and gynae and i know how unpredictable normal delivery can be.but everyone convinced me to try for a vaginal delivery.everything went wrong after delivery-severe blood loss, infection, forceps delivery, episiotomy wound gaping and infection again etc etc.after all that i ended up with a fissure.my diet has always been healthy wth lots of frutis n veg and i would poop everyday as soon as i wake up without any problem.and now i have a fissure!my episiotomy was stitched up tightly by the registrar and it may need refashioning if i have problems with dyspareunia.all this has put me off and im scared to go through another pregnancy.constipation is common in pregnancy and i dont know if i can go through pregnancy eating fruits and veg and being scared each day if i'll retear.i had a wonderful time in pregnancy eating whatever i wanted.hubby loves to have another kid but even he's worried after seeing me in this hell.i will surely not think of pregnancy atleast for another year.i wont plan anything as it has got me nowhere.ill leave it to time and its all God's grace.
juney, dont get disheartened.you are still young and your fissure will heal.you will be able to have a baby after youve recovered.keep your options open.i know its difficult to be positive a few weeks after surgery when it seems life will never be the same again.give it time.
jen-its good to know you want to have another baby.i will advice you to go ahead only when you have recovered completely.its best to have a c section.they may say c section wont protect against a fissure after delivery.it will surely save you from all the streching which may tear the fissure again.you should be very careful after delivery.good luck and let us know how you get on.
kim-thanks for believing in my healing.helps me to stay positive and not give up.
tabby,val,corscia,fissy,lecia-how are you all?i will try to visit your threads now.
hope everything goes well tomorrow.

Are you taking hot soaking baths, Pinky? That will help a lot with the stinging, especially right afterward. And it brings blood down to heal the site! Ibuprofen can be hard to tolerate, glad you have found something that works!
