Fissy Image how are you doing? Any progress?

"Piken" is more formal, "jenta" is a less formal word for girl. Norwegian has a lot fewer words than English which is a very rich language.
I'm fed up, I feel that the Botox is working, but my digestion doesn't really cooperate = it's producing formed BM Image

Corsi jenta, it is funny about formed vs. less formed stools....I did much better with formed stools as even fluffy stools burned me like crazy. Normally formed BMs are, well, normal. Can you try a little MOM and see it that loosens them up some? It did for me, but I couldn't handle the burning.

Hey Corsi - thanks for asking - guess there is a progress but as you know yourself - it is not over until it is over LOL, so I will not declare anything healed until I feel just fantastic for a year Image !!!
For now , though, I am not "fantastic", but am much better in compression of where I was 4 weeks ago Image - so , I am happy that I can drive short distances and go out of the house arrest. I have app . on 9th , which I dread since no matter how gentle they are , it always putts person at least a week back in progress so I am tempted to move it , but not good idea , I know Image .
Yes, try something to soften BM - how about some Colace - it works well for me now . It is completely safe and non habit forming since it just keeps the water that is already IN the guts
and is not drawing the water FROM the guts back into the lumen. I take only one pill a day with my dinner and it works great (KTW) !!!I stopped using any bulking stuff (Metamucil) - it is not working for me this time around - period ... Bulky is not good for 7 cuts healing - they can say whatever they want LOL. I know my butt better than I wish I do.
Best of luck and hang in there - as long as the sphincter is loose the fissure should heal unless it has a lot of scar tissue that is preventing it, but your CRS would see it !
All the best Image Image Image

So Image happy to hear you are feeling better dear Fissy.
I just know that hole will keep on healing, it is good that you ignore it and just keep it clean. It will miraculously disappear and you will be ALL healed.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers on Oct 9, I will be driving to Rochester but will be thinking of all my buddies here.
It sounds like you have a beautiful family!
