Sounds like your mental outlook is much better. I agree--runny stools aren't good either. That's why the constant struggle to keep the bowels "just right" can wreak havoc with our minds and moods. Congrats on the improvements!

- green tea is really good anti-oxidant and general tonic - good for you !I would still suggest drinking some chamomile and using some turmeric as supplement or a spice and also putting some chamomile on your butty together with white oak ; ))) !
