So nice to see....hear from you Image
Travelling with a fissure is always stressful, but it's nice with a change.
How much do you leak? Tabby is having LIS today, and I will in 4 weeks...

Dear Pinky,
glad you're home and safe! And I'm glad that things weren't too bad for your bottom while you were away. It must have been a terrible worry about your little boy. My son had whooping cough when he was 2 and would cough and throw up and seem not to take a breath, it was a horrible, terrible stressful time and I can truly sympathise. Is he totally better now?
Congratulations to your hubby!
xx

Thanks Corsi,Lecia,Kim and Val.You guys make me feel so good.
Lecia-How are you now?have you started treatment for aluminium toxicity and are u taking steroid injections and accupuncture?
Hope you have some relief.I prayed the most for you and val as you both are hurting the most.I hope my prayers will be answered.
My hubby cleared his membership exams and the next step is fellowship exams after a few years of experience.

Corsi-I dont think i wudve coped travelling with the painful fissure.I dont have any pain now, just some uncomfy feeling and sometimes some soreness or aches during PMS or if i sit for too long.i still leak very little after pooping which makes me think i havent healed completely.hubby has to look.you feel good after LIS,trust me.

Kim-Its good to be back even though i miss home.Had to cancel my Goa trip for newyears as there were rumours of more attacks and my parents and hubby didnt want to take any risks with our son around. There were news about some possible attacks on the airport on the day i landed and my family was scared till i came out.its sad to see whats happening and seems unsafe to travel anywhere as it can happen anywhere anytime.God save us.

Val-sorry to know you are still hurting. My son's getting better now with the change of weather.India's so polluted and i made sure he had very less exposure to air outside while travelling but it didnt help much.he's still used to the indian time and sleeps very early and wakes up ard 5 0r 6 in the morning.he woke up at 4.30am this morning and i had to wake up and feed him.hubby has to work and i cant let him wake up so early.im exhausted.

Hows Fissy?havent seen her thread.hope she's healed and well.

It is so good to hear that you are doing so much better. Remember how bad you used to feel and wondered if you were ever gong to get over this surgery? What do you think made a difference in your healing? What got you over the hump? Do you think it was mostly time?

Thanks for asking about me. I have a thread in the off topics section if you want to read it. I stopped the chelation therapy as it isn't #1 on the list of things to do. I am using an anti-seizure med called zonegran to help slow down the nerve impulses to help control the pain. Thank you for your prayers. It is so nice to know that every once in a while a light goes up to God for me. You are very kind.

corsi-Leaking is only after BMs and its decreasing.it can be annoying as it itches if i dont apply ointment and i have to wash again but i wont complain.its better than wat i went through.i can usually hold gas except sometimes,it just slips out esp while coughing.i dont mind it at all as earlier,i wud be in fear of farting as it wud cause me pain for hours together.i can hold poops now.i cudnt initially after delivery but now its improving.LIS hasnt made a difference in that,i feel i can hold it better now.LIS has given me my life back and i wont complain for these problems.

Tootie-I do remember those awful times when i just wanted to die.I thought i wud never be fine.I wudnt have made it without u guys. You all gave me so much support which made a huge difference.i think as time went by,i started to believe i was getting better and i shud let go of my fears.going to india made a huge difference.it was a good change for me from the same routine at home.meeting friends and family cheered me up even though it was stressful otherwise.im slowly getting my life back.im still not completely fine but im trying to move on.we joined the gym yesterday and leave our son in the creche there for an hour.it feels great and i am thankful to God for being able to do the normal things once again.Above all,its God's grace.
I will go through ur thread.
