Toilet time is none to clever tbh. thursday was my last bm, which was very painful indeed, the fissure problem is there as ever. but this wound is the biggest Image at the mo, my butt is all bruised, nd swollen, nd getting packed and unpacked everyday is not helping, oooo the joys., i saw my doctor this morning to, he poped in after the nurses had been, i asked again straight out for valium, nd it was a very harsh no. one of the nurses suggest am something called anatripaline(spelling very on the dodgie side ). she said its used as a painkiller/antidepresant/ .. god my spelling is pants, hope some1 understands what i mean, but he never took me on, god knows he was a grump, so all painkilling/valium offers will be all welcome lol. i hope everyone is keeping well,

Your poor toosh Dazzy Image
Are you still taking MOM ?
I have heard of amitriptyline my friend used this for back pain and had great results with it !
So the only pain relief you are taking is paracemtamol ?
Your doctor is a grumpster Image
Valerian a natural herb might help with the spasms , I have never used it but heard others mention it here Image

I have taken amitryptaline. It is used for pain. It is an old anti-depressant that is prescribed for pain now. Your doctor sounds like a real grumpster. What happened to Mr. Smith? Can't he give you something? Maybe some extended release tramadol? That is just crazy. They should be able to look at your butt and see that you have just been shot to pieces down there and take mercy on your poor soul.

Next time he comes around tell him that he isn't treating the pain enough or at all. Research shows that people heal better if their pain is under control. That is just terrible. I can't imagine going through what you went through and they not give your a prescription for something before you left.

mr smith my crs top man dont come out to home visits am afraid, we just get ditric nurses, or even a gp hoe visit if we ar lucky...
the nurse came today and said a lil bt of infection she thought was begining to set in, so she was going back to th gp surgery to say i was need some anti-b`s, ... bloody helll more, and she has agreed that i need something more than paracetamol :o , so am waiting with some excitment to see what i get back, but told under no circumstances no codine base stuff,. so i will see wat i get.

Oh, I hope you get something too. You are so strong to go through all of this. It must be so hard to deal with. Love the new picture!!! Looks like a pretty good size lake in your town!
