Yes, Crohn's Disease is a terrible affliction with ab pain, and it can affect all parts of the digestive system. But I continue to actively lobby for more research funding through our Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America with the hope that newer and better treatments might be found for my son and others suffering from the disorder. I recently read that a small bowel transplant is currently being researched. His protocol right now is to have a shot in the leg ever other week in addition to taking his other meds for Crohn's, being bi-polar, and having OCD.
