Eating a lot of junk lately an paying the price

... a lot of stress and eating every single conspitating food sound like junk food etc..the fissures hav happened after a hard stool , been applying manuka honey which stings and itches at first but does help heal it quickly ...also noticed my sentinel pile is swollen? Or is the whole area just inflammed ...

Thank You guys soo much for replying to my post ...:/ Today I bought some coconut oil , Vitamin E oil , Vitamin C , and Manuka Honey ... I read here those things can help a lot right ? but that god damn cut is inside, How can I apply manuka honey there ? :( :/

Thanks. Its just soul destroying sometimes. I am still using the manuka honey, but I think I also need to focus on the emotional side of this becuase I think it impacts healing when you arent in a good place emotionally and mentally. Thanks for your support. ...
